I haven't posted here in years but it's time to kill the account. I think. It's actually hard to pull the trigger. This place meant a lot to me once.

I keep meaning to close my account, but I feel like I need it for reference material. I did back it up using LJ Archive several years ago, and I don't want a record of what's happened since, but I'm not sure if the file works or how I can be sure that I'm not completely obliterating when I destroy the account.
